I'm really pleased with these footwear, they're light and also have good inner support but because I've high archways I've bought some gel inner soles to provide that extra comfort. I utilize them for mix country walking but I'm also able to do trail running together because they are that light and encouraging. Basically had an adverse to state may be the laces avoid them justice and may get loose if you do not tightly double knot!
